Sarasin Technical Assembler and Repair (STAR) service centers from Trillium Flow Technologies™ provide pressure relief valve (PRV) OEM aftermarket support for industrial plants and facilities in North America and Europe.

Each STAR service center is strategically located to deliver exceptional support to our customers locally by providing rapid response and high-quality service for valve repair and replacement. Our STAR service centers are here for you, whether it is routine or unexpected PRV maintenance.

Each STAR service center has been approved by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors to perform PRV testing and repair per ASME codes. Additionally, these facilities have been evaluated and approved by Trillium Flow Technologies™ for assembly and repair of the Sarasin-RSBD® line of PRVs, which has over 170 years of PRV expertise in the marketplace. Audits are scheduled annually to ensure each center is providing best-in-class service for our customers and to verify each center is following our highest standards for newly assembled and repaired PRVs. Training is also conducted regularly for the sales teams and technicians at each STAR service center to ensure our customers receive PRV selection and troubleshooting expertise.

Trillium Flow Technologies™ has created a network of assemblers dedicated to providing what you need — when you need it. Each STAR service center can assemble, set, and test Sarasin-RSBD® PRVs on gas, air, liquid, and steam. Most of our product lines come standard with universal trim, reducing complexity in design and inventory so that we can better serve you, fast. It is each center’s goal to connect with you for a better understanding of your inventory needs. Whether you have a planned replacement or an emergency, our STAR service centers are ready to help  you.

PRV maintenance and repair is usually planned during turnarounds or outages. When unplanned downtime occurs, it is essential that industrial users have a trusted partner that offers valve repair capabilities and on-time service. Each one of our STAR service centers are certified valve repair shops, not just for Sarasin-RSBD® products but any manufacturer’s brand of PRVs, including but not limited to: Anderson Greenwood, Crosby, Consolidated, Farris, and Leser.
