Trillium Flow Technologies (TFT) has a diverse and inclusive workforce with a heritage of success. Believing in continuous improvement, our CEO David Paradis recently launched our new Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Charter. This charter outlines the company’s vision, principles, priorities and actions that will guide our policies and protocol for employees to follow to ensure we provide a workplace where diversity of all kinds is valued. Stacy Winsett, our VP Global Human Resources, stated, “we are a global business with a disparate customer base, and serve highly diverse local communities globally. Therefore, we must have varying thought, perspective and creativity that come with a highly diverse workforce to prosper as an organization. We are fortunate to have so many different cultures within our team; however, we strive to do more to ensure we offer an environment that sets the highest standard for diversity and inclusiveness”. This past week, TFT will begin to take new actions with the launch of our group-wide D&I policy. David Paradis stated “we must do more than put our D&I aspirations on paper; we must take fresh actions to continue to move forward in this area and in doing so, we can make a great company even better”.
