Jeff Hager is a Product Manager at Trillium Flow Technologies, a position he has held since March 2019, based in Ipswich, Massachusetts. With over 30 years of experience in the valve industry, he has a comprehensive background in valve design, testing, and applications. Jeff’s career includes roles at Weir Valves & Controls USA, where he progressed from Engineering Supervisor to General Manager. He holds an MSME in Mechanical Fluid Analysis from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BSME in Mechanical Fluid Analysis from Union College. Jeff’s valve design and engineering expertise support our commitment to quality and innovation.

Vince Elias
R.A. Hiller Global Sales Manager

Vince Elias is a Global Sales Manager with Trillium Flow Technologies, a role he has held since November 2020, based in the Greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Region. His expertise lies in sales and product management, and he has a strong background in the power industry — his professional journey includes positions at Westinghouse Electric Company, Isograph, ITEM SOFTWARE, and PTC. Vince holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Point Park University and has completed strategic selling and solutions selling courses at Penn State Institute for the Study of Business Markets and the Miller Heiman Group. His approach to sales and product management has been instrumental in driving success for Trillium Flow Technologies.
